Getting Each h264 Frame

There could be multiple factors which might have lead to this. Looking at
start code my suspicion is that byte-stream NAL might have converted to AVC
format. To know this run gstreamer in verbose mode and check the source and
sink caps of h264parse

The stream might have changed. But after decoding both the streams should
give same output YUV. If they don't, then it is a bug!
