Issue with gst-rtsp-server

[Baby Octopus]

It is detecting the media type properly because the following pipeline works

gst-launch-1.0 udpsrc port=8844 ! decodebin ! audio/x-raw ! queue !
audioconvert ! audio/x-raw,channels=1,rate=11025 ! rtpL16pay name=pay0 pt=96
! fakesink -v
