rtsp on android device using rtsp-server-1.0

Hello, I'm using the rtsp server 1.0 plugin to create the required rtsp
elements and create a pipeline.

This works well,  but i have a main pipeline which i need to enable or
disable rtsp capabilities by using tee. I just don't know how i can include
a boolean to enable or disable the tee for rtsp.

Can someone please help me?
