Pipeline for webcam streaming on windows

I have a gstreamer pipeline for video playback:
*gst-launch ksvideosrc device-index=0 ! ffmpegcolorspace ! autovideosink*
Now I need just two simple pipelines for send and receive video from webcam
using UDP or RTP on windows. I really can't look into this alone, need your
help.
