Is there a working camera source for GStreamer 1.3 on Windows?

I'm on gstreamer 1.4 now and still cannot find a working camera source.

ksvideosrc does not seem to exist. 
camerabin does not work
wrappercamerabinsrc just returns the test pattern.

Any news on this?
