Gstreamer 1.0 playbin

Hello,

I don't found the plugin playbin when I search with the command
"gst-inspect-1.0 | grep playbin".

My problem is like in this link:

But when I try to install gstreamer1.0-plugins-base and gstreamer1.0-* with
the following command, yum doesn't found the packets:
sudo yum install  gstreamer1.0-plugins-base gstreamer1.0-*

Is someone knows how to do to install the following packets please?
