Gst 0.10, How to remove elements from the blacklist??

It depends on your setup/OS.

On Linux, just remove the registry cache:

 rm ~/.gstreamer-0.10/registry*

then run gst-inspect-0.10 and look for warnings/criticals from the
plugin that was blacklisted.

In 1.0 it would be in ~/.cache/gstreamer-1.0/registry*
