Appsrc Seekable when it gets unequal size of data

Hi,
    How to seek in the appsrc from the position or byte when the data coming
to appsrc is of unequal size?
For ex : The frame size are 300,400,1000 now how I can say start giving the
data from 5000 byte when we does not the size of frame being sent to the
appsrc.
