SDP for H264 freescale

 Can anyone help me to construct SDP file from 
caps = application/x-rtp,  media=(string)video, clock-rate=(int)90000, encoding-name=(string)H264, sprop-parameter-sets=(string)\"Z0JAHqaAtD2QAA\\=\\=\\,aM4wpIAA\", payload=(int)96, ssrc=(uint)2621067233, clock-base=(uint)2586443495, seqnum-base=(uint)51326
