Retreive pipeline

Hello,
I'm using gstreamer-1.0 with a RaspberryPi to play mp4 h264 video files.
If I type:

gst-play-1.0 filename

the video plays nicely.
Now I want to construct my own pipeline for example to change the saturation
in real-time.

I'm not able to compose a working pipeline, so I wonder how to retreive the
pipeline used by gst-play-1.0
