RELEASE: qt-gstreamer 1.1.90 (1.2.0~rc1)

I am happy to announce the release of qt-gstreamer 1.1.90.

This is the first pre-release of the 1.0 series for qt-gstreamer. It is
targeting GStreamer 1.2, hence the bumped version number.

Apart from the 1.0 porting, this release also features QtQuick2 (Qt5
QtQuick) support.

My intention is to do a full 1.2.0 release next week if no severe issues
are found. Packagers & developers, please test.
