GST_TYPE_FRACTION

Hello there,

 In my project jiguiviou (on gitorious), I used to push appsrc video buffer
in a pipeline.

To create the buffer, I use GstBufferPool which I apply a GstCaps which is
partially predictable.  My question is: what is the implication of the
property "framerate" of GstCaps on the performance of the pipeline (for now
I fixed "framerate" GST_TYPE_FRACTION, 0, 1).

I set appsrc clocking mode to do-timestamp.
