Is it possible to add giosrc to playbin2

I tried but it didn't work with the error: No URI handler implemented for "smb".

I've just checked and gst-inspect-0.10 giosrc only shows:

URI handling capabilities: Element can act as source. Supported URI
protocols: file

Could this be why it isn't working?
