OpenGL : Segfault when using opengl elements in multiple pipelines

The gst_gl_shader_compile failed almost every first time (when I'm starting
the application), however it doesn't generate a segmentation fault all the
time, but it definitely corrupt some memory every time. Basically, this
could be easily miss because the program seems to work correctly (unless you
display the gstreamer debug output). 

The segmentation fault appears after few minutes.

Mesa version : 
extra/intel-dri 10.0.3-1 [installed]
    Mesa drivers for Intel
extra/mesa 10.0.3-1 [installed]
    an open-source implementation of the OpenGL specification
Lastest git version of xf86-video-intel

I will try the lastest release of mesa (10.1) with little hope, and add the
debug symbols.

You said that you also observe segmentation fault, what is the source ?
