How to install gst-vaapi on centos 6.4

Thanks ,Stirling. the glib is upgraded to 2.38 and i could install
libva-1.2.1, libva-intel-driver-1.2.2 which is the latest but when i do
vainfo it gives : 
libva info: VA-API version 0.34.0
libva info: va_getDriverName() returns -1
libva error: va_getDriverName() failed with unknown libva
error,driver_name=(null)
vaInitialize failed with error code -1 (unknown libva error),exit

What could be the issue?
