gstreamer-plugins-base version problem

Hello everyone,

I just tried to build the 1.2 version of the gst-rtsp-server. During the
configure process I got the following error message:

"configure: Requested 'gstreamer-plugins-base-1.0 >= 1.3.0.1' but version
of GStreamer Base Plugins Libraries is 1.2.3
configure: error: no gstreamer-plugins-base-1.0 >= 1.3.0.1 (GStreamer Base
Plugins) found
  configure failed"

But the most recent version of the gstreamer-plugins-base I found is 1.2.3
.

Is that an error of the configure script?
