No subject

Hello,
I try use GS 1.2.3 SDK for Windows, (x86 edition), 
my simple test:
int main(){
	gst_init(NULL,NULL);
}
(VCExpress 2010)

after run i get error:

 [main] us 0 init_cheap: VirtualAlloc pointer is null, Win32 error 487
AllocationBase 0x0, BaseAddress 0x68560000, RegionSize 0x60000, State 0x10000
C:\WORK\GstTest\Debug\GstTest.exe : *** Couldn't reserve space for cygwin's heap, Win32 error 0

How solv this problem?
Notes: i not have problem with "gs 0.10 sdk" from gstreamer.com
