Hi,
I would strongly recommend you re-read the synchronization docs you
were pointed to. You can also go watch the talk I gave at the gst
conference regarding the basics of synchronization :

Hopefully this should clarify the reasons why you need to push
coherent identical segments on all outgoing streams in order for A/V
synchronization to be correct when displaying/outputting.
