libsoup linkage under windows

When using the libsoup distributed with gstreamer package under windows, there is a linkage problem with symbols SOUP_METHOD_***.

To link properly they need to be defined as __declspec(dllimport).

Is it something that should be fixed in the gstreamer packaging? Or should this be reporter to libsoup?

How are you linking against libsoup using the DLL or the import library soup-2.4.lib? You should be using the later

I use the lib
