wrapping h264 into mp4 and display the video on the screen

the main goal is performing seek on the video.
the filesrc is pcap file and I can't make seek on it- the pcap is not
seekable, so I thought maybe to convert the pcap into mp4 file.

now that you say it, it seems very logical to wait until the file will be
finalised.

do you know some other way to perform seek that the source is pcap?
