h264 decode - drop error packet

Hi all,
I streamed h264 video from my camera through the Internet using RTP.
Sometimes the video quality is too bad due to loss of packets or packet
error, so In Gstreamer Are there any way in client can detect lossing, stop
decoding error packets then drop them?
