How to add custom data on buffer

Thank you very much.
Gstmeta is that, for what I looking for. But I encountered a problem. I
doesn't receive any data on my sinkPad. Then I put some debug outputs to my
code and it looks like the gstvideodecoder is free frames with my metadata.

here is debug output:
0:02:59.824705454   860   0D60F748 DEBUG                default

is there any solution?
