Hi Nicolas,

I downloaded 1.0 (1.2.3) version, 64 and 32 bit.

this is the pipelines-

*server:*
>gst-launch-1.0  videotestsrc ! x264enc ! rtph264pay ! udpsink
host=127.0.0.1 force-ipv4=true port=5000

*client:*
gst-launch-1.0 udpsrc uri=udp:// 127.0.0.1:5000 caps="application/x-rtp,
media=(strin
g)video, clock-rate=(int)90000, encoding-name=(string)H264, payload=(int)96"
! rtpjitterbuffer latency=1000 , do-lost=true ! rtph264depay  ! avdec_h264 !
autovideosink

please, correct me if Im doing something wrong here, but it still not
working.
it seems very strange that there is no way to output stream with udpsink on
windows....

again, I hope Im missing something and any help from you will be very
appreciated.
thank you,
Dudi.
