GStreamer-1.0 for RedHat

RedHat seems to keep there head somewhere where the sun doesn't shine wrt
things like this. Fedora 20 (latest version) is running GStreamer 0.10.36.
The main problem is the GLib version. There was some significant discussion
on this about 2 weeks ago. I *REALLY* wish Redhat would pay attention to
these things. You *CAN* build on RHEL or CentOS 6.4/5, but it isn't easy.
GLib is easy, other things are hard (from what I heard).
