GStreamer-1.0 for RedHat

Yes, I was confused too.

Usually when Fedora packages multiple versions, the older compatibility
version as a number attached to the name field of the RPM spec field but
it seems fedora 20 is doing the opposite - gstreamer1 is the version
most apps use and gstreamer is the compat version.
