There aren't any yet.  The first will be 1.4 which isn't released yet.

Are you having similar troubles to 
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=721299 ?

Also, gst-plugins-gl is now included in gst-plugins-bad as of two weeks 
ago :)
