Compiling Gstreamer Editing Services 1.2 on OSX

Hello Urs,

The GStreamer Editing Services actually are in cerbero but might not be
included in the binaries. You can build it doing $./cerbero-uninstalled
build gst-editing-services-1.0

You might want to have a look at
http://docs.gstreamer.com/display/GstSDK/Building+from+source+using+Cerberoto
see how cerbero works.
