vaapidecode to xvimagesink

Got around this issue by simply temporarily renaming the libturbojpeg.a file which allows my build to continue and instead I now have vaapidownload as a plugin option for gstreamer-vaapi.

Some oddities though when running files through gstreamer now though.  The aspect ratio for all videos is coming out square.  Or at least 4:3.  I can't really find any information about this, anyone have any ideas?  The SRC/SINK information is providing the correct 1920x1080 and yet the playout is completely wrong.

I've installed the libjpeg-turbo8 that came with ubuntu, as well as libjpeg-turbo-official_1.3.1_amd64 from sourceforge and I still get this error.  The build scripts seem to be linking to the wrong library.  This could be due to an unusual environment on my machine, and if so I'd like to figure out what I can do to correct it.

Do I need to remove some conflicting libraries? How can I force the build to use the correct libjpeg-turbo instead of libturbojpeg?
