Pipeline for playback of audio and video elementary Streams

Hi,
   I am a newbie to gstreamer.Can anybody please tell me pipeline structure
for playback of audio and video Elementary together.I dont need the
gstparselaunch.I want to code the pipeline and pass H.264 video stream and
AAC audio stream together for playback.

 If I have the have separate pipelines for audio and video elementary
streams then how we can achieve the stream synchronization?
