GTK+3 Recipe in Cerbero

Hello Urs.

I have been working on adding support to latest pitivi which means adding
Gtk3 support in cerbero, you can find the details on that bug report:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=730122

It should most probably land quite soon in cerbero master.
