How can I set the pulsesink on the commandline?

this does not seem to work, the sink gets changed:
PULSE_SINK=VirtualDefault gst-launch-1.0 -v filesrc
location=/usr/share/sounds/KDE-Window-Shade-Up.ogg ! decodebin  !
audioconvert ! audioresample ! pulsesink device=VirtualDefault
