udp caps fail

Were you able to solve this problem? I think that your Rx video caps may
not be correct. I would remove the payload=96 first, but maybe the profile,
config, ssrc, clock base and seqnum base. Try testing pipelines with fewer
and fewer caps to find what works. You can also increase logging on
GST_ELEMENT_PAD to 3 or 4 to see better log messages.
