Adding 'queue' element is changing behaviour

Kind of figured this issue out. Whenever there is queue, tsdemuxer is working
in PUSH mode in case of queue, and in PULL mode otherwise

mpegts_base_apply_pmt function is getting executed a little later than usual
in PULL mode, because of which PCR setting is taking time

Stream itself is weird in its TS behaviour to add to this :-/
