I can reproduce this here, the non-universal builds have a broken
directory layout. You can fix it by linking some directories the way it
expects those, but ideally it should be fixed in cerbero instead.

Can you report a bug at http://bugzilla.gnome.org and include a file
listing of the GStreamer.framework?
