MPEG dash player using gstreamer

Hi,


I am implementing mpeg dash player using gstreamer.
to plaympd files.My application currently detects the type
of stream as application/xml file.
Now i want to download the individual stream segments,
decode and play.How should i be able to download and parse the
individual stream segments at differing bit rates.
Any plugin code i can follow to do this.

Please provide any links/help to implement the above.
