gst-uninstalled with Eclipse

Does anybody have any pointers on using gst-uninstalled with an Eclipse project?

I need to be able to build a project against several versions and gst-uninstalled does exactly what I need, but I'm not sure how to feed the information into the Eclipse build environment.
