avdemux_ape and avdec_ape does not support URI handling gstreamer v1.4.1

Hi all,

when I check the plugin I installed with the command "gst-inspect-1.0 -a |
grep ape"
I got the information :

avdec_ape: Element has no URI handling capabilities.
avdemux_ape: Element has no URI handling capabilities.

that cause the pipe is fail:
gst-launch-1.0 playbin uri=
http://192.168.101.102:57645/external/audio/media/655.ape

gstreamer I use is v1.4.1.
Is it the bug of gstreamer?
why ape demux and decode does not support URI handling?
