Overlay on a live source

My mistake on the licensing. I was thinking that compositor was GPL since it was in gstreamer-plugins-bad, but I now see that bad is just a catchall for newer plugins that may need more testing.

For some reason, compositor doesn't appear to have been included in Packman's x86_64 build of gstreamer-plugins-bad. I found a hint that it may be in the i586 version. Any thoughts as to why that might be?
