Freelancer needed for w writing several small tools in GStreamer

Hello

I am seeking someone who could write several small command line tools in
GStreamer that process audio. Yhey will become a part of a larger system.

Each of them is basically a wrapper for simple, linear pipeline. Sample use
cases:

- a player that retrieves one song via HTTP and plays it's part (specified
as command line arguments or env vars) at specified time

- a player that retrieves audio from JACK and does fade out when it
receives USR1 and fade in when it receives USR2

Etc.
