How to get Gstreamer 1.2.3 on fedora 18 ?

Hi,
Is it possible to get Gstreamer 1.2.3 from a backports or similar kind
of repository for Fedora 18.
I do not want to build code from scratch.
Upgrading system or changing OS is not an option for me due to Data and
time constraints.
