Creating RTSP MJPEG stream

Hi all, 

I have managed to stream MJPEG when encoding images to jpeg by myself (using
the video/x-jpeg caps). 
The problem I am facing now is that I can't put textoverlay because
textoverlay requires x-raw input. 

I am still stuck with jpegenc. 
Any help?
