rtpbin local and client playback sync

Hello .

I made a pipe like this.


sender :

                                        -queue---vpudec---mfw_v4lsink 
Avril.h264---h264parse--tee--                                                                
                                       
---queue---rtph264pay-----send_rtp_sink_0            send_rtp_src_0  udpsink
                                                                                                     
rtpbin
                                                              udpsrc       
recv_rtcp_sink_0        send_rtcp_src_0   udpsink



receiver:


                 recv_rtp_sink_0            rtph264depay
--vpudec---mfw_v4lsink
                                        rtpbin
udpsrc        recv_rtcp_sink_0            send_rtcp_src_0    udpsink



Both the sender and receiver can do playback smootly.
But it seemed that the synchonization doesn`t  work well .

How can I synchonize the sender and receiver .
Should I set some property of the element ?
