using facedetect and faceblur plugins

Hi,

I would like to know the dependencies of gstreamer for installing opencv 
plugins as part of gstreamer package.I have installed bad plugins but the
gst-inpect shows facedetect as no such plugin found. How can I go about
installing gstreamer ensuring that opencv part is present.??
