First, the GStreamer team isn't so big, so answers can take a while.
Second, your answer is hard to read. I guess you mean how you can 
transfer buffers from the streaming thread to the GL thread. If the GL 
thread is in your application, look at appsink and appsrc. If you are 
writing a custom sink, look at the code in glimagesink. It isn't easy to 
do, because of GL's restrictions about multiple threads.
