[Query] AAC ADTS with variable bitrate time duration calculation

Hi All

I want to know how to calculate exact duration for AAC file with ADTS
format(ie variable bitrate) in a fast way. Right now I am calculating
duration by scanning all the frames before audio starts playing. This
approach takes more time for large filesize and in push mode this approach
is not working properly for even small audio files. So can anyone suggest
me good algorithm/logic to calculate duration for aac file with ADTS format?
