iOS: arm64 support

Hello everybody, 

after trying quite a lot to get GStreamer running on ARM64 iOS Devices, i am
interested, whether official support has made some progress?

While changing the Python stuff to support ARM64 Architecture was not such a
great problem, i am not able to change version of libffi. Because ARM64
support was added in a newer version, than the freedesktop git repo has, i
got some errors.
