issue playing h264 stream from some ip camera

Hi again,

further investigation lead me to some issue related to h264parse use. I
made some test with two different pipeline running on same source at the
same time:
1- gst-launch-1.0 -vv rtspsrc location='rtsp://192.168.100.3/onvif-stream1'
user-id=admin user-pw=123456 ! rtph264depay ! avdec_h264 ! autovideosink
2- gst-launch-1.0 -vv rtspsrc location='rtsp://192.168.100.3/onvif-stream1'
user-id=admin user-pw=123456 ! rtph264depay ! h264parse ! avdec_h264 !
autovideosink

Pipeline #1 run always fine but pipeline #2 output freeze to gray video
when source switch from color to bw. When this issue take place I get this
output
