gst-omx decoding H264 from Logitech C920 stream

Hi Paulo.
Unless Google can give you good links to the issue (and help as usch is
then not needed), it probably would help if you exemplified your issue with
the omx decoder and the C920 camera with complete reproducible pipelines
for your setup.
