Hi all,

How about change ".gitmodule"'s url to HTTP protocol in master branch?

yes, it's seems a bit redundant to have this change done.
But under some circumstances, git protocol is blocked, e.g. IT security
policy.
Thus, build from git will need to change ".gitmodule"'s url to HTTP
protocol manually.

HTTP protocol is more generalized and more likely would not be blocked.
On the other hand, it seems that HTTP vs git protocol make no much
difference on speed performance nowadays.

so why not change that to HTTP protocol?
looking for opinions.

Thanks
