Android GStreamer general supporting library error

Hi all

I tried to install  RTSP Camera Viewer
<https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gst_sdk_tutorials.rtspviewersf&hl=it>  
that use GStreamer Library and it functions correctly. I don't know then if
my error is actually the fault of plugins...

Some of you have never had this kind of error?
Please help me...
